What is Counselling?
- Counselling is a way of speaking to someone who listens and understands and one who is impartial - someone who helps you to feel emotionally healthy and is supportive. It is done in a safe and confidential setting with someone who will support you to find the resolve in your inner self to develop and grow.

Testimonials
NuYu has provided counselling services to my children and all of us as a family during different phases of our life journeys. I am grateful to Maurcia and Nu Yu for providing much needed services that you were able to give us. Thank you.
Received 31/07/23
Nuyu provided me a very safe space to finally unravel multiple issues understand their collective impact on my life function. This has not been a conventional 6 session process, but a process over a decade. A process that I had control over, chose when to engage with, when to take a break and in that learnt to become confident to use the insights I gained to keep myself in a safe space. The process remains ongoing, some with active engagement and phases of internalising and implementing what I learn. Nuyu "recognised" "my" descriptive "language" about trauma and related pent up anger and confusion. It has allowed me to vent and reprocess complex emotions undergo closure.

I would like to say thank you to Maurcia for providing counselling for my family and to all the staff at NuYu for supporting both my children in their tuition for primary school and exam preparation for grammar school. The service at NuYu is exceptional and I wholeheartedly recommend the service to others.
